Every day more than 5,000 new web sites are added to the Web universe. The Seattle Times reported 19 to 26 million Americans have access to the Internet at work on average, each spends approximately six hours a week on-line. Of 110 companies surveyed, 62 percent had employees access sexually explicit web sites. It is was estimated that 24 percent of all corporate Internet traffic is recreational.
